CHECK-IN for APPOINTMENT: Log in above using your OneTech username (without atu.edu) and password then again on the next LOGIN screen.  After in the portal, click the BLUE "check in" button associated with your upcoming appointment.  Then the forms needed for your appointment will automatically appear for completion. Please only click the GREEN forms button if you're completing the forms before arriving to the clinic for your appointment.

At this time the Health and Wellness Center is offering both telehealth and face to face services. For any medical appointments, schedule in the patient portal or call HWC at 479-968-0329.  For counseling appointments, please call the HWC at 479-968-0329 to schedule.
